On January 6, 2007 Ernesto William Tubaro (1980) and Alexandra Dapontes were married in the Nudgee Chapel. They first met in 1980 at the age of 15 and 16 while attending school and have known each other since then. They had dated on and off over the years, pursuing their own study and careers but remained in contact throughout that time.
In 2000 Ernesto started his own Law firm and Alexandra joined him. In late 2006 he proposed. They were married in the Nudgee Chapel and their reception was held in the Sorrento Reception Lounge at Deagon. Their love and loyalty paid off in a way they would never have imagined when they met back in 1980.
Alexandra is the daughter of Nicholas and Martha Dapontes of Ascot and Ernesto’s parents are Sonia Tubaro of Hamilton and the late Bruno Tubaro.
