I have just received the latest edition of Signum Fidei. It has been forwarded on from my old address in Cairns. I was editor of The Cairns Post for the past four-and-a-half years but I am now back in Brisbane with News Ltd working for Quest Community Newspapers as Editor-in-Chief.

We publish this correspondence to indicate the assistance many non-Nudgee Old Boys give us. We would like to find the current address for Luke Andrew Bennett (1997- ) and ask any old boy classmates who might be able to help to contact our office. Kieran McCarthy (1979-83) offered the following suggestion to improve the response to our Special Appeal….
How is the response to the Special Appeal going? I would be happy to contact a few blokes from my year,
if it is going slowly. Maybe a bit of healthy competition could be infused into proceedings eg., a challenge to each year to be first with 100% contribution to the appeal by a fixed date, with some sort of prize - beers for a few hours somewhere etc.
Anyway, just a thought!
