Sid Callanan (1929-33) made contact regarding the Anzac Day Celebration…
I regret that I will not be able to attend the Anzac Day celebrations at the College on April 22. Unfortunately I had a fall – nothing serious thank God, apart from to my pride and mobility for a few days. I guess this all comes with age, but unlike good wine we don’t improve with its passing.
I wish all the Returned Old Boys and their family members well and regret that I am not able to be with them on that day.

Editor's Note: Sid who is 92 years of age has a great singing voice. He sang in the Nudgee Old Boys’ Choir (1997) in the performance of the Mass written by Con Byrne (1943-46) dec., and recently sang at a function in Beenleigh. Old Boys in the Beaudesert area could expect Sid to contact them in the near future to ascertain interest in holding a reunion in that area later in the year.
