Vale - Paul Anthony Tunny
Paul commenced his schooling at Nudgee Junior in Year 4. Together with Bill Creswick, Gordon Moloney, Andrew Stanford, Andrew Derrington, Mark Forrester and Andrew McDonald he went through to Nudgee College until 1981.

Paul maintained a loyal friendship with everyone he came in contact with whilst at school. Although a ‘Day Boy’, he was particularly interested in the boarders and how they adapted to living away from home. He maintained numerous friendships with most of them. Four years ago this was particularly evident at our 20yr reunion when Paul was one of the few left at 3.00am still asking the boarders how they were going.

When we heard of Paul’s passing on Tuesday March 1, 2005, a comment was passed that this was one of the really good guys who sadly would not be around to share the 25th reunion festivities.I ask all Paul’s classmates to remember him, his wife and family in their prayers and thoughts.

Rest in peace ‘tunns’.
